We always meet each potential customer in the comfort of their own home, to find out your needs and requirements.

We offer a professional and tailored touch to each customer, ensuring that when you come home you will see a well presented and polished finish. 

All of our cleaners are interviewed in their homes. This is to establish their suitability to work for our company; if they can’t clean their homes properly how can we expect them to clean your home!
Your cleaning will be scheduled on a day that suits you and we will endeavour to ensure that your cleaner is the same person on that same day every time. We realise you don’t want dozens of different people coming into your home.

If your regular cleaner is unavailable a member of the management team will accompany your replacement and give them the relevant instruction as to your needs. We will cover any holiday or sickness of your regular cleaner until they return.

Once a person has matched our requirements, they then complete our in-house training program. They will be shown how, we at House Proud Management, expect a clean should be carried out. We will also work with the individual in your home until they are competent.

Regular follow up checks are made to ensure the cleaning is completed to a high standard. The Operations Manager will contact you at regular intervals to make sure you are receiving the highest service.
