One of our management team will accompany your lady on the first visit into your home and instruct her on your individual cleaning requirements.

We want you to feel happy and relaxed, knowing that your house is going to look just splendid and up to the expectations of your requests.

We will always ensure our staff are competent and fully understand your requirements. Because we care about our customers we will make regular follow up checks to ensure our staff are maintaining a high cleaning standard. We will regularly ask for feed back in order to confirm your satisfaction.

Not only in what happens to your property when our cleaner is there, but also what happens to your own personal keys, codes etc. This is just one reason why we have a secure system in place to protect your details, keys and alarm code information.

  • All cleaners are vetted before they are sub-contracted by the company and their standard of work is continually monitored by the operations manager.
  • Keys are coded ensuring maximum confidentiality to your property.
  • Keys are logged, checked regularly, stored in a secure location and signed by each cleaning personnel and management.
  • Alarm codes and addresses are kept separately from the keys and in a secure safe environment..
