All of our cleaners are interviewed in their homes. This is to establish their suitability to work for our company; if they can’t clean their homes properly how can we expect them to clean your home! Where possible your cleaning will be scheduled on a day that suits you. Although we cannot guarantee to send the same person on the same day every time, we will endeavour to keep these changes to a minimum. We realise you don’t want dozens of different people coming into your home.

A job sheet is prepared listing all your particular requirements and the cleaner will use this dynamic working document so that whowever cleans your home will know exactly what you require. Regular follow-ups are made to ensure you are happy with our service.

Not only in what happens to your property when our cleaner is there, but also what happens to your own personal keys, codes etc. This is just one reason why we have a secure system in place to protect your details, keys and alarm code information.

• All cleaners are vetted before they are sub-contracted by the company and their standard of work is continually monitored by the operations manager.
• Keys are coded ensuring maximum confidentiality to your property.
• Keys are logged, checked regularly, stored in a secure location.
• Alarm codes and addresses are kept separately from the keys to ensure maximum security.
