We offer a first class house-keeping service for your serviced accommodation that will rival any finest top class hotel.

We will be available to clean your property between each booking or as many times as you require during your visitor’s stay. We will make sure that the bedding and towels will be changed as frequently as requested.

Your designated account manager will respond promptly (within office hours) to a new booking and confirm arrangements. A single point of contact will ensure the continuity of care and service with which we pride ourselves.

Any hospitality items & ‘welcome pack’ you decide to offer (teas, coffee, shampoo, fresh flowers etc) shall be put out ready to ensure your visitor has the best experience.

To take away the hassle we will be happily purchase these items on your behalf and bill accordingly, at the end of each month.

For your ease and convenience we recommend the use of a Google calendar booking system where we both can see the activity due within any given period.

Your account manager will be in close contact with you to develop your individual requirements for your business. She will ensure that our fully trained staff deliver the package tailored for you and your visitors. All of our staff are fully insured, vetted and attend our health and safety programme. The work will be regularly monitored to maintain our high standards.
